The Good (athmosphere), the Bad (price) and the …Staff
First of all good location close to the ruins (about five hundred meters). Nice atmosphere, nice swimming pool (even if a bit shallow and dirty). But the Hotel is terribly managed. The staff (except the night guard) was unfriendly, and tried to cheat on the room rates at the check in. You can easily find a comparative place to stay at the el panchan area for less money. The temazcal (mexican spa) never worked, tons of mosquitoes and also leguanas inside the cabanas!

lamentablemente yo como guia y experto en este tipo de negocios estoy de acuerdo en que no tienen trabajadores que realmente sewan serviciales y mucho menos saben de la materia que es servir por muy jodidos que esten los rentistas, lastima requieren nueva administracion ya estan igual que panchan y mayabell mucho ego y nada de serviciales, que les pasa de quien viven?.
